In lieu of the 2nd Presidential Debate Joe Biden participated in a townhall hosted by ABC and moderated by George Stephanopoulos in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Biden was asked a number of questions by undecided voters and Stephanopoulos himself, notably on whether or not Biden favors adding seats to the Supreme Court, which Biden promised he would answer before election day. Biden also spent much of the event showing the American people that he is the exact opposite of Donald Trump in both temperament and with his approach to governance and promised he would work to heal the polarizing divide plaguing American politics today.

Joe Biden participated in a forum hosted by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where he discussed was asked questions about his plans to help the middle class, how he intends to protect multi-employer pensions, workers rights, collective bargaining and health care.
Joe Biden Dartmouth College Town Hall
Joe Biden held a town hall with students and faculty of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire where he fielded questions on what was supposed to be a health care focus, but turned into a wide ranging discussion on a variety of topics. A memorable moment of the event was when Mr. Biden, when recalling the tumultuous era of political assassinations throughout the 1960's, asked those in attendance to imagine what would have happened if Barack Obama were assassinated.

Joe Biden participated in the AFSCME 2020 Public Service forum, along with 18 other Democratic candidates. Each candidate was given a short opportunity to speak to those in attendance about their plans to strengthen unions after years of decline in membership brought about by a variety of factors.
